♥ Our List ♥

  • Go to a restaurant & order something that neither of us has ever tried.
  • Go sightseeing at a place of cultural or historical significance.
  • Take a camping trip on the beach. Have a fire and drinks.
  • Take a road trip just to have a picnic before driving home.
  • Learn to say “I Love You” in 10 languages.
  • Take a bubble bath together, candles & all.
  • Complete a 1,000+ piece puzzle together.
  • Wash our car (inside & out) together.
  • Take a very long walk on the beach.
  • Clean the house in our underwear.
  • Have a nighttime, candlelit picnic.
  • Pick each others clothes for a date night out.
  • Take “time-lapse” photos on each wedding anniversary.
  • Cuddle under the stars on a Fall night.
  • Kiss in the pouring rain.
  • Kiss under a street light and night.
  • Carve our initials into a tree.
  • Take photos in a photo booth.
  • Prepare, serve, & enjoy a four course, candlelit, dinner for 2.
  • Have a pillow fight.
  • Take a vacation to a place that neither of us has ever been.
  • Go on a hot air balloon ride.
  • Bake something together.
  • Take the dogs for a walk & go where THEY want to go.
  • Order & drink a beverage at a cafe.
  • Play a game of catch.
  • Shoot baskets.
  • Watch the sunset from someplace new.
  • Go skinny dipping.
  • Eat spaghetti like “Lady & The Tramp.”
  • Kiss under fireworks.
  • Kiss under the mistletoe.
  • See a movie at a drive-in.
  • Build a snowman.
  • Build a sandcastle.
  • Build a romantic fort with twinkle lights & spend and evening (or all night) in it.
  • Video Scavenger Hunt -- Tape ourselves performing various tasks from a list (ex. Interview a stranger about a random topic picked earlier, stage a break-up, try on clothing of the opposite sex).
  • Build-A-Story - Build a story together using a tape recorder. Sit in a room alone, give a few minutes segment of story, ending it with "and then..." Take turns until someone ends the story with "the end." Play it from start to finish together.
  • Make T-shirts.
  • Have a "Coupons Only" date.
  • Take a free factory tour.
  • Pick things related to our relationship to put into a time capsule and bury it.
  • Make a Slip n' Slide.
  • Have a water balloon/gun fight.
  • Create our own "Pitch Black" dinner date.
  • Go for a walk in the pouring rain.
  • Explore & photograph an abandoned building.
  • Build "Starts With" dates - Build a date where all the food, games, movies, other activities, music, etc all start with the same letter.

  • "Fiesta" date night - Margaritas, chips & salsa, fajitas, etc.
  • Go to the batting cages.
  • Wake up early enough to watch the sunrise and then make a big breakfast together.
  • Have a paintball date.
  • "Video Game" date night.
  • Go to a local fair or festival.
  • Have a spa day at home - manis, pedis, messages, bubble baths, candles, music, cucumber ice water,etc.
  • Do pottery painting.
  • Do volunteer work together.
  • Go bowling.
  • Go to a minor league or college sporting event.
  • Go hiking.
  • Plan a full "Staycation" weekend.
  • "$1 Movie Night" - Pick Redbox movies and snack from the dollar store.
  • Have a picnic in a round-a-bout.
  • Play "Messy Twister" - Set a white plastic table cover up with finger paints to look like a Twister board, use a regular twister spinner.
  • Q&A Build-A-Date - Ask 1 or 2 questions a day for a few days, build a date based on answers to these questions (ex. Hot or Cold? Slow or Fast?).
  • Kids Date - Fast Food, arcade, kids movies, etc.
  • Progressive Meal Date - Eat each part of a meal at a different restaurant.
  • Go to garage/yard sales.
  • Play mini golf blind-folded.
  • Make a "Hands Only" dinner of foods we normally need utensils for.
  • Make funny kites and fly them in a public place.
  • Have a "Backwards" date - Start at the end & move backwards (ex. start with a movie, then dessert, then dinner, etc.)
  • Make a "Mini-Date" - Mini golf, mini drive-in (laptop in the car), mini pizzas, mini s'mores, etc.
  • Fill in the blanks - Create a list of statements with fill-in-the-blank spaces. (ex. My favorite thing about you is ______. I knew I loved you when ______. You always make me laugh when ______.)
  • Each plan a date based on a one-word theme picked by the other person.
  • Build a platform in a tree or picnics.
  • Make a complete dinner over a campfire.
  • Break a record together.
  • Go to the planetarium.
  • High School Date - Football game & other things we did in high school.
  • Go to the zoo.
  • Decathlon -We each come up with 5 activities.
  • Themed Date Nights - Food, clothing, entertainment all according to a theme.
  • See a movie at a second run theater.
